The South Beach Smoke on the other hand has a quality control standard and are made strictly by the manufacturer. Like most electronic cigarettes, you will no longer have to go outside to smoke, in addition to that, there are no tar, tobaccos, ashes and smell that can be inhibited by other people if you smoke nearby.

The cigarette looks, feels, and tastes like a real cigarette or a traditional cigarette, although it is really not a traditional cigarette and does not have the components and elements that traditional cigarettes have.

Vapor Corp. Celebrates Court Ruling: FDA Loses Appeal, Can’t Regulate E-Cigarettes as a Drug

HALLANDALE, Fla., December 7, 2010. Vapor Corp. (OTCBB:VPCO) is delighted to announce today’s  significant victory for the electronic cigarette industry. A U.S. federal appeals court found that as long as electronic cigarettes aren’t marketed as a way to treat or cure a disease, i.e., smoking cession aids,  the U.S. Food and Drug Administration lacks the authority to regulate these products under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”), and has no authority to block the importation of these electronic cigarette products. “Together, Brown and Williamson and the Tobacco Act establish that the FDA cannot regulate customarily marketed tobacco products under the FDCA’s drug/device provisions, that it can regulate tobacco products marketed for therapeutic purposes under those provisions, and that it can regulate customarily marketed tobacco products under the Tobacco Act. Of course, in the event that Congress prefers that the FDA regulate e-cigarettes under the FDCA’s drug/device provisions, it can always so decree,” the Court declared.

This is clearly a victory for electronic cigarette lovers as they can relax (for a little while anyways) that the government won’t have issue with smoking electronic cigarettes. Maybe now they can focus a bit more on real research about the actual potential that these devices have. There still isn’t a great alternative. The gum is quit annoying to use and the patch leaves stains on your skin. The only thing that has somewhat worked for me has been the electronic cigarettes that I have been using. We recently received shipment of new cartridges for SmokeStik so wait for the next set of reviews.
