Smokeless Cigarette Video: A Dramatic Electronic Cigarette Introduction

This video shows me testing out the SmokeStik electronic cigarette.  Even though there is some controversy on the actual positive and negative health benefits of electronic cigarettes, the fact remains that there needs to be more scientific research done by unbiased parties on the long term and short term effects of electronic cigarettes.

For me personally, the electronic cigarette has brought noticeable health benefits compared to smoking regular cigarettes.  Your hands and clothes don’t smell and you aren’t compelled to always chew gum to get rid of the stinky breath caused by smoking regular cigarettes.  The main benefit for me personally is reduction in coughing and nasty phlegm in the morning and throughout the day that is caused by smoking tobacco cigarettes.
