This is a funny spoof of a man pretending to be from “the establishment” or an FDA-like organization . He is actually promoting e-cigs. He mentions that giving e-cigs to a smoker is like giving a rubber knife to a mass murderer!
A good point raised is that organizations within the pharmaceutical industry want to ban them because they are much cheaper in comparison to smoking cessation products that are currently out there.
